An Extended warranty does NOT add on to the manufacturer’s warranty. For Example:

If the manufacturer’s warranty is 1 year parts and 90 days labor and the customer purchases a 3 yr extended warranty. Their total coverage is 3 years, not 4 years parts and 3 years and 90 days of labor. It extends the manufacturer’s warranty to a total of 3 years.

On items that are priced at or below $250.00 the extended warranty becomes effective on the 1st day after the manufacturer’s warranty is expired. (so on the 91st day they can use their extended warranty for labor and on the 366th day they can use the extended warranty to cover parts).

On items that are priced at or above $250.00, the extended warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase.

Note: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to add the extended warranty.

*Warranties are provided by Philips/Kemper and start as low as $19.99 to $99.99.

** Philips/Kemper will find a dealer within 50 miles of you, for you to bring your machine to. In the event there is no dealer near you, you will be sent a box to pack your machine in and the shipping cost is covered.

***If the manufacturer’s warranty has expired and three service repairs have been completed on a product, and Philips feels that a fourth repair is necessary, then they may replace your product. Your product will be replaced with a product of comparable performance not to exceed the cost of the original purchase price.
