• The Cooper Cooling Process™ involves two simultaneous steps. The beverage is rotated horizontally while a stream of cold fluid (ice water) is sprayed on top of the beverage container.
  
• Chills cans 90 times faster than a refrigerator and 20 times faster than a freezer. Chills wine 20 times faster than a refrigerator and 10 times faster than a freezer.
  
• Chill wine to the perfect temperature and not just refrigerator temperature, which is too cold for most wines – 2 ½ minutes to chill white wine to the recommended temperature of 55ºF.
  
• Easy to set-up, use and quick to clean up. Add ice and water to the unit, plug in, pick chilling setting on pre-set, automatic touch-pad. Clean up by unplugging, dispose of ice water bath and dry.
